An authentic monastic product, to which several sisters contribute.
In the convent's garden, they grow various kinds of berries, rhubarb, apples and quinces for their jams. All the sisters help with the harvesting and pickling of this fruit. The rest of the fruit is bought. The sisters are responsible for the production and packaging of this delicious artisanal jam.
