    This white wine has been selected by the Trappist Abbey of Tegelen-Echt. The wine contains 60% Chardonnay and 40% Marsanne. This comes from the Pays d'Oc area. 

    -> Pays d'Oc IGP (Indication Géographique Protégéé) is an official wine quality label certified by Bureau Véritas Quality France.   

    Rosé: Dulce de misa   // Abdij Santa Maria de la Oliva 🇪🇸 //  16,5 %  // Garnacha, 12 months in used French oak barrels.

    The Cistercian monks have been making wine for over 900 years in La Oliva, located in Carcastillo, a small village in the south of Navarre. Today it is the only monastery in Spain where the monks are the owners of the winery and they produce their own wine.  

    This rosé mass / dessert wine clearly reminds us of the monks, but on the other hand, it's a wine open to the entire public. It is a sweet rosé wine. All sugars in this wine are natural. Ideal to drink with a dessert.  

    Abbey Santa Maria de la Oliva 🇪🇸 //  14,5 %  // Garnacha, natural yeasts, 6 months in used French oak barrels.

    Wine for the Refectory is a wine made with Garnacha, native to the area. It comes from their youngest vineyards of this variety. The wine is aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels.  

    It is a very fresh wine with a fruity marked character, a pleasant sweetness on the palate and drinkable.
